Hypoclean™ uses electrolysis to produce hypochlorous acid (HOCl) from water, table salt and vinegar. Select one of three operating modes to prepare a mild, moderate or stronger concentration for appropriate sanitation tasks.
With food-grade potassium carbonate instead of salt, the system can also produce a separate cleaner and degreasing solution. The two inputs must not be combined.
