01 / OVERVIEW
A smarter alternative to RO.
Capacitive Deionization applies a low DC voltage across porous electrodes. Dissolved ions pass through ion-exchange layers and are electrically adsorbed at the electrode surface. Clean water continues through the system; a short regeneration cycle releases the captured ions.
The technology is suited to groundwater, river water and municipal supplies where selective TDS reduction, softening and water conservation matter.
